The place I must go in my life-Tibet.

I have been listening to people around me saying that I must go to Tibet in my life, so that I can have no regrets. Last year, I was fired by my boss, and everything went wrong. So I went on a trip to Tibet alone, about 20 days, and walked more than half of Tibet, and I got a preliminary impression of this place.

Next, I will talk about the travel strategy to Tibet and my feelings in detail:

I. Clothing

There is a great temperature difference between morning and evening in Tibet. You should wear a coat and windbreaker in the morning and evening. You can't wear short sleeves directly when the sun comes out at noon. You'll get a tan. In short, I will wear clothes in spring and autumn and a little in summer.

1. windbreaker suit jacket

2. Sweater (with thick sweater)

3. Scarves and shawls (bright red, you can take two thick photos)

4. Hat (fisherman's hat, cap and thousand-thread hat will do, because the wind in Lhasa scenic spot is very strong and it will cause headaches)

5. Short sleeves (you can wear two pieces under your coat)

6. skirts (bring two bright colors to the scenic spots to look good, and skirts and shorts are not allowed in temples)

7.disposable underwear

8. Sports shoes, Martin boots, slippers (must be comfortable shoes, slippers can be worn on the train)

9. coat or down jacket (you need to wear it to Everest, rent a military coat without it)

10. Pants (jeans, sweatpants)

Second, daily necessities

1. Umbrella (July, August and September are rainy seasons, which can prevent rain and sun).

2. Sunglasses (shading, Lhasa is called the city of sunshine, and the sun is very big)

3. thermos cup (drinking hot water in Lhasa can relieve high fever)

4. Sunscreen (be sure to bring it, or it will be dark twice when you come back)

5. Daily cosmetics

6. Mask, lipstick and body lotion (Lhasa is very dry, so be sure to bring these)

7. Paper towels, wet paper towels and face towels

8. Sleeping bag (the living environment in the scenic spot may not be so good)

9. Masks (Many toilets in Tibet are dry toilets, with a particularly strong smell)

Third, the certificate

1. ID card (you need an ID card to go anywhere in Tibet, and you can't go to many places without an ID card)

2. You can bring some cash (some places need cash to buy tickets, and Lhasa only needs paper money instead of coins)

3. Border card (if you need to go to Mount Everest and Ali, the guide of Tibet Newspaper Group will help you)

4. Student ID card (you can save a lot of money by buying tickets at a discount)

Fourth, drugs.

1. Motion sickness medicine

2. Cold medicine

3. Gastrointestinal medicine

4. disgust

5. Trauma medicine

6. High anti-drugs

1. Because of the altitude and air pressure, the water in Tibet is difficult to reach 100 degrees. It is recommended to use mineral water to heat hot water in hotels. Besides, cooking in Tibet is also slow, so don't worry.

2. Many toilets in Tibet are dry toilets, with a particularly strong smell, and some even open the toilet.

3. high-speed railway station, Tibet and other places where there are soldiers and police, as well as the characteristic folk behaviors of Tibetans, cannot be filmed.

If a Tibetan sticks out his tongue at you, don't be angry, it represents respect. Don't touch the heads of Tibetans, because touching the heads in Tibet is a sacred etiquette.

Driving on Lhasa road is very fast, and basically you won't avoid pedestrians, so you must be careful when crossing the road, or you will be hit by a plane in minutes.

There are many Sichuanese in Tibet, so what you eat most there is not Tibetan food, but Sichuan food. But it's good to try Tibetan food. After all, many people still can't get used to it.

7. The local people are not as poor as we thought, even far richer than we thought. Because the state has many subsidy policies for Tibet, and because of the development of tourism there, many people can drive taxis and run homestays to make money.

The pace of life in Tibet is slow, unlike in the East, where they are as busy as a bee every day. They have a lot of leisure time and can go out to play every once in a while.

9. Prices in Tibet are very high, even higher than those in big cities such as Beishangguang. Because many things there are purchased from outside, especially fruits, which are basically within 10 yuan. In addition, some daily necessities in the supermarket are more expensive than those in the east.

10. Taking photos in Tibet gives you a sense of sight. The scenery in Tibet is really indescribable. Snow-capped mountains, grasslands, forests and canyons are all shocking.

1 1. Tibetans seldom take a bath, not because they are lazy, but because the weather there is cold. Frequent bathing is not good for your health, but it will destroy your protective layer.

12. When you just get off the train and plane, you should pay attention to walking slowly, all actions should be as slow as grandma's, and you must never run fast, or you will die suddenly.

13. Never take a shower and wash your hair on the day you go to Tibet. After two days in Lhasa, you think there is no problem. You can wash your hair during the day, and you must blow dry it after washing it, otherwise you will catch a cold easily.

14. Be sure to drink plenty of water when you go to Tibet. Tibet is so dry that your throat is smoking.

15. The car whose quotation is lower than the market price is probably a black car. If you don't agree, you will be left on the road.

16. The homestays in Tibet are very expensive and the hygiene is not very good. Some homestays also have fleas, which make you doubt your life.

17. Most of those souvenirs on the street are small commodities imported from Zhejiang, which have no meaning or value.

18. It is not recommended to go by bus when traveling. Buses in Tibet are easily blocked. It is suggested to rent a small electric car so that you can run around all day.

19. Don't trust the wild guides who take a day trip by the roadside. They are particularly easy to be cheated, so they take the money and run away.

20. There are signals in most parts of Tibet, but China Unicom may not be able to connect. Telecom is the best, and it can only be connected when it is moving.
