Is the ultraviolet ray in Jilin strong?

Jilin Province is located near 43 degrees north latitude, with an average temperature of about 22℃ in summer, suitable dry humidity, weak ultraviolet rays and very comfortable body feeling, and is known as "22℃ summer".

There is a vast forest in Changbai Mountain, Jilin Province, with a forest coverage rate of 44.3% in the whole province and more than 80% in the eastern part of Changbai Mountain.
