4. For trucks, yellow-label vehicles in Beijing and yellow-label vehicles in other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, driving in restricted areas in violation of the provisions of the Notice will be deemed as an illegal act of "motor vehicles violating the prohibition sign", with a fine of 100 yuan and 3 points recorded.
