How to Solve c2 Fault of Hitachi Elevator

The c2 fault of Hitachi elevator is caused by voltage instability or no display, and the solution is as follows.

1. c2 fault of Hitachi elevator is caused by voltage instability of power grid. Check whether the upward forced deceleration switch and limit switch are normal. Considering that everything is normal when the elevator goes down, the emergency stop loop and door system of the elevator should work normally.

2. The c2 failed car of Hitachi Elevator has no floor display, the elevator can't open and close the door, and the 50B relay is not engaged. Check whether the emergency stop circuit of the shaft and the car is normal. Through analysis, it is found that wet weather leads to poor contact or slight short circuit of the plate. After cleaning the connectors of MPU board and FIO board, the elevator returned to normal.
