There is an obvious bitter bottom, but the tea is full of strength and has a long history of returning to Gansu. Different from the sweet and soft taste of Monkou tea area, the tea in Bawai old village is similar. Therefore, old tea drinkers may prefer the tea in these two villages, but tea lovers who have just come into contact with Pu 'er tea can't. A tea friend once said that the bitterness of Bawai and Nuowu tea was influenced by the walnut trees planted in the tea garden. This statement has indeed been proved in practice, and I believe it, because I personally drank it at a small tea farmer's house. The tea made by the tea tree next to the walnut field is indeed more astringent than the tea made in other plots, and I also consulted the relevant research data, confirming that the walnut tree will also affect the growth of the tea tree, which makes me more embarrassed. But in many villages, walnuts and tea are two major industries in the village, and the income of many farmers' friends also comes from this.
