Because the child’s father is a soldier and has very few holidays, we made plans long in advance on where to go and what to do during the holidays. The child is too young, so our plans were all nearby.

We planned to go home on the first day, go hiking to watch the sunrise in the afternoon of the second day, and then come back to rest for a day. Then we set off again in the morning, take the kids to the zoo for a day, and come back in the evening to watch the light show and eat snacks in the ancient city of Luoyi. Then take the kids fishing and go to the aquarium. The child is just one year old, so we have to take him with us on our trips, because we can’t go far away with him. We finally want to spend time with him during the holidays, so we basically play with him.

We checked the weather forecast early and there was no rain, so we were very happy. We planned to go home to see our parents on the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, and set off to climb a mountain to watch the sunrise the next afternoon. However, it started to rain on the highway in the afternoon and lasted until evening. It was very cold with the children. We were looking forward to the weather getting better the next morning. Unfortunately, it was still raining. We had already arrived at the scenic spot, so we bravely climbed the mountain. The weather was not good, and the rain never stopped. After climbing up, we didn’t see the sunrise. It was completely white. I didn’t eat well for two days. I didn't live well, it was such a disappointing day.

After I came back, I took a day off and took my child to the zoo. Our zoo is not very big, but it was enough for the child to play. I was very happy that he went to the zoo for the first time and took a lot of photos as a souvenir. After seeing pandas, giraffes, monkeys, etc., I didn’t want to rest during the holiday. I went to Luoyi Ancient City to watch the light show in the evening. I didn’t come back until after 9 o’clock, and fell asleep when I got home. Then we set off early in the morning to go to the aquarium. Usually there aren’t many people, but during the National Day holiday there are a lot of people and it’s very lively. But I think this is the atmosphere of fireworks, because there are so many people. In the afternoon, I went fishing and played in the water by the river. I caught a lot of small fish and put them in buckets.

We plan to go to Xi'an in the next two days for a self-driving tour. But with children, I was very confused whether to go or not. I went there with his father before, and now I want to take my child to see it and let him go out more, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to take care of him. So make a strategy first and have it later. I want to go out for a walk every holiday. Only at this time can everyone have free time and relax, but there are also a lot of people.
