Mutton noodle is also a special snack in Taicang, but all mutton noodle shops are closed in summer and open in winter. So when I entered the door, I asked if there were any mutton noodles. The boss told me that everything was on the menu, so I ordered a bowl of braised mutton noodles. I'm from the south, and I prefer sweet braised mutton.
