Affected by typhoon Poseidon's rainfall, 23 rivers, including Mudanjiang in Heilongjiang and Fudian in Liaohe in Liaoning, experienced super-warning floods, among which five rivers, including Huangnihe, a tributary of Mudanjiang, exceeded the guaranteed water level.

Do a good job in preventing heavy rainfall

At present, it is necessary to do a good job in flood control in Songliao basin and carefully dispatch key reservoirs such as the Three Gorges and Danjiangkou.
