Experience and feeling of riding to turtle bay

In early September, I felt the coolness of early autumn, and in early October, I felt the chill of early winter. The years are advancing step by step. At five o'clock in the morning, I was riding on the way to turtle bay, still wearing shorts, and the wind was blowing my arms and legs. I felt a chill.

I was supposed to go to Turtle Bay last month, but it was still very hot because I was in a hurry. I thought it would be cooler to go again in 10. Unexpectedly, on this day (10.05), the sun is still a little sunny during the day, and there is a state of "autumn tiger". It's just chilly in the morning and evening, and it feels like early winter.

Turtle Bay is located in Gangkou Town, Huidong County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, at the junction of Daya Bay and Red Bay, surrounded by mountains in the northeast and the sea in the south. It is the only turtle nature reserve in the Asian continent. Close to Huizhou city100km.

Before I heard about it but didn't go there, I had imagined such a picture: on the soft beach, the sea was rippling and chasing the beach. In the clear night sky, the stars are shining, and the moonlight is like silver, sprinkled on the beach. One, three or five, many small turtles hatch, making a slight sound of life, and then they climb to the sea in one direction.

This is consistent with the situation when I set out that morning. The street lamp is still bright, solemn and cold, and the moon bends upward, much like a boat, hovering above a tall building.

Drive southeast along G324 national highway. Riding for four hours in one breath, passing through Ma 'an, Pingtan and Huidong counties. On the way, the zipper of the small bag was broken. I stopped at a gas station and tried to sew the mouth of the bag. There was no needle and thread, so I nailed it with a stapler. Go to the toilet and wash your face. I had breakfast at a roadside restaurant near Renshan. Ten yuan fried rice noodles, not completely finished. Keep moving.

Originally, I wanted to have breakfast in Huidong county, but I didn't expect to take a wrong turn on the ring road near the periphery of the county. If I hadn't taken the wrong turn, I would have walked all the way through the county, so I walked a long way.

There are many carts in the whole section of G324, but they are basically flat roads. Enter Renshan, go to Tieru and pour into county road X2 13, and the road conditions are not good. Especially from the iron to the flat sea, because the road is being repaired, there are cracks, collapses, bulges, stones and dust on the road surface. Originally, it was two lanes, and there were many cars, so it became narrower. Probably because of the National Day, I wonder if there are many cars at ordinary times? And after many ups and downs. This section is about15km.

When I arrived at Pinghai, the road conditions improved and I gradually reached the seaside. There are still many cars. However, it is not enough to block the bicycle. As it is the first time to take this route, the road is unfamiliar. When you meet an intersection, you will first look for signs. If there is no sign, please ask the servant or look at the mobile phone to find out. Unfamiliar roads will affect the speed. I'll get familiar with it when I get back.

However, it didn't save time, because when I returned, I was less energetic and more tired. Go to the turtle nature reserve from the starting point and buy a ticket. It takes about seven hours. Come back at two in the afternoon and get home at ten in the evening. The riding speed is only about15 km/h.

I don't think it's slow, but I keep pedaling, mainly because the bike itself is stupid and can't run fast. When I went there, I saw two cyclists opposite, tandem. When I came back, I saw two catching up from behind, one and a half to two times faster.

This shows that I am too amateur and have no basic equipment. Go to war in plain clothes. It's okay this time. I brought glasses and a disposable mask. The effect of the mask is obvious, which makes me eat a lot less dust all the way. So I think it is easy to do one thing. Even if you play, you need relevant knowledge, technology, physical strength, equipment and dedication.

In addition, it is safe to ride. Especially in remote and narrow environmental sections with poor road conditions, we should know how to avoid and protect ourselves. Never be impulsive and brave.

By the way, the diet of this day. The direct experience is that drinking water is more necessary than eating. A day without drinking water is probably worse than a day without eating. Every time I go out like this, I always keep drinking water. Breakfast, lunch, light meals and dry food. Dinner was eaten in a Taihe restaurant on the way back. It's hometown flavor. A cold dish, a bottle of beer and a bowl of noodles. Cold dishes are thousands of peanuts and celery mixed together, and the noodles are very wide, probably called "noodles" and very thick. It tastes delicious and full.

This time, I chose Turtle Bay and went straight to my destination. There is nothing to stay except a short rest and drinking water. After crossing Renshan Road, there is a farmland, and the rice is not ripe yet. You can also see the yellow cattle eating grass, which is a bit leisurely. Speaking of it, my hometown has an advantage over this secluded place. Sometimes I ask myself: Why did I come to a foreign land thousands of miles away? My hometown seems to have become a foreign land, with nowhere to stay. That's why I wander like this.

Arrived at the port town, which is the seaside. Vanke Real Estate has built a long row of tall houses in Shuangyuewan. I wonder, who are the people who come here to buy a house? You must not be poor, and the poor may not be able to afford it. Besides, people from the inland may not be used to living by the sea. Probably buy one or two sets first and come over on holiday.

It's said to be the seaside, but it's actually a bay, far from the sea. Therefore, it seems calm here, and there are small fishing boats, seafood stalls and restaurants everywhere. There is a fishy smell in the air, and there is a bad smell from time to time. Everywhere you look, the streets and alleys are related to seafood. Old people, children and women all live in it. There must be a lot of people here to play. There are also crowded houses, feeling the smell of sea breeze and seafood. People here catch seafood from the sea to make a living and get rich, and are eroded by this environment.

There is a man standing on the roadside in front of these hotels, wearing a hat or covering his face with a cloth to protect himself from the sun. The sun by the sea is so fierce. Look at them all tanned, constantly greeting passing cars and eating.

I saw people's houses built beautifully and magnificently. I wonder if all the people by the sea are rich. The unique scenery here attracts foreigners from all directions to visit and spend. Perhaps this has aroused the envy of some people: if only my home were by the sea. But do you understand the real life of the local people? Did you feel it when the typhoon came? There is really no absolute gain or loss.

This ride feels like the whole journey. I didn't stay in turtle bay for long. In fact, going to turtle bay seems to be watching the sea. However, there are two things worth mentioning, which I have never felt before.

The first is the feeling of watching the sea on the coast of Turtle Bay. It's not the first time to see the sea, but this time it feels different. Standing on the island, the view here is very wide. Far away, the sea level is in line with the sky. It is wider than "the mountain reflects the sun, the sky meets the water" and more atmospheric than "autumn water". Looking back and forth, we can see that the sea level line has some curved radians. The so-called earth is round. And the sea near the sky is thick and dark. Nearby, the sea is blue, the same color as the sky. In the sun, the breeze is rippling, and countless silver lights are shining on the sea. It's kind of like a little white splash from rain. There is a fairy who seems to have fallen from the sky and threw silver at the world.

The second is to look at turtles. Although it is quite different from the previous imagination, and it is artificially captured and placed in an indoor pool. But it's the first time I've seen such a big turtle. Therefore, everything is valuable, and it is not so easy to see natural turtles.

I also learned that the nutritional value of soft-shelled turtle is so high. I'm covered in treasure. Skin, meat, nails, bones, blood, there is no place that human beings are eager to need. It has a great nourishing effect on the human body. This also shows human greed. There are many things that kill turtles indiscriminately, and now there are turtle nature reserves. This reminds me of the Tibetan bell sheep in Hoh Xil, and the situation is basically the same. Someone needs it, someone kills it, someone steals it, and someone stops it. Human beings are full of contradictions, which involve nature. And man and nature, if full of contradictions everywhere, will inevitably be mercilessly retaliated and spurned by nature.

Tortoise is a symbol of longevity, and human beings also hope to live a long life. So people began to study its mystery while protecting it. Including the migratory habits of turtles. However, it remains a mystery. Therefore, in the face of nature, intelligent human beings seem so small, at a loss and fearful.

Fear of nature is like fear of life. For ordinary days, being able to experience it personally is a gift from heaven.
