I. Guiding ideology

Guided by the spirit of the "five rectifications" and "three enhancements" conference in the State Council, from the height of adhering to the people-oriented principle and realizing governing for the people, and from the height of adhering to scientific development, safe development and harmonious development, we will take resolute and decisive measures to reduce accidents, solve the problem of safe travel, and strive to create a good traffic environment for our county.

Fourth, work measures

1. 6. Strengthen driver quality education and training. 3 1. Improve the quality credit evaluation mechanism of road transport enterprises. 32, urge transportation enterprises to strengthen the dynamic supervision of vehicles and drivers. The development and reform department shall, jointly with the public security, transportation, quality inspection, safety supervision and other departments, promote the use of automobile driving recorders that meet the national standards, formulate specifications for the use of driving recorders, and clearly define the specific requirements for supervision and inspection.
