It is easy to feel chest tightness and shortness of breath, so be careful of dampness and blood stasis in the body and overcome cardiovascular diseases.
The lower energizer includes stomach, liver, kidney, small intestine, large intestine, bladder and triple energizer. Its main function is to excrete feces and urine. If triple energizer is attacked by pathogenic factors, it will wander between zang-fu organs. For example, if the lower jiao is affected by pathogenic factors, there will be yin deficiency of liver and kidney, which is manifested as redness, hand and foot fever, dry mouth, fatigue, tinnitus and so on.
We know that the generation of moisture in the body starts from the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer, then transports it to the heart and lungs in the upper energizer, and finally returns to the kidney and bladder in the lower energizer. This circulation is closely related to the viscera function of triple energizer.
? cardiovascular disease
Many people often have paroxysmal chest tightness, which is mostly related to fatigue. It will be relieved after three or five minutes, but it is often found to be coronary heart disease as soon as it is checked. Although patients will say "I never have chest pain", in fact, patients with cardiovascular diseases may not have chest pain. Some people only occasionally feel chest tightness, chest tightness and even abdominal distension, which may be the clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease. Therefore, if you encounter paroxysmal chest tightness, you should also be alert to the possibility of coronary heart disease.
A normal heart is a powerful and hollow muscle tissue, about the size of a fist, which is responsible for transporting blood to the whole body. A healthy person's heart beats about100000 times a day on average, and more than 8,000 liters of blood are pumped out, which flows through all parts of the body 24 hours a day. The heart itself also needs sufficient nutrients and oxygen, mainly supplied by the coronary artery. As long as these blood vessels remain unobstructed and operate normally, the heart can maintain normal function. When any coronary artery supplying myocardial blood is narrowed or blocked, it will block the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the heart, resulting in the failure of the heart to pump out normal amount of blood, even affecting the conduction system controlling heart rhythm, and even leading to heart failure or arrhythmia in severe cases.
There are many risk factors of coronary heart disease, including heredity, race and age, as well as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, smoking and chronic renal failure. In some cases, it is particularly easy to induce acute angina pectoris in high-risk groups. For example, sudden excessive exercise, weight lifting, satiety, going out in too cold or too hot weather, too much pressure, sudden mood fluctuation and even sudden shock may all lead to pain or tension in the left chest area and difficulty breathing.
Chinese medicine believes that if the frequency of angina pectoris is higher and the correlation with the weather is higher, the more it needs to actively deal with the phenomenon of dampness, turbidity and blood stasis in the body. Humidity can best hinder the movement of qi in the body. As long as the water metabolism in the body is abnormal, it is easy to cause dampness, turbidity and blood stasis. In natural climate, every time before it rains, the humidity in the air will increase, the air pressure will decrease, and all kinds of airflow will stop flowing. At this time, I usually feel sultry and uncomfortable. So is the human body. If the humidity in the body is too high, it will accumulate in the chest, even in the heart, causing the yang in the chest to be unable to stretch, and the body will feel chest tightness and shortness of breath. On rainy days, the external humidity will be higher, which will also aggravate the moisture in the body and make it more difficult to discharge.
The transport and transformation of water and dampness still depends on the spleen. Modern people hide indoors and turn on the air conditioner. The damp heat in summer should be discharged through sweating, but it accumulates in the body. When the weather is hot, they are greedy for cold drinks and love cold food. Over time, the external loss of defensive qi on the body surface and the internal loss of yang in the spleen and stomach greatly reduced the dampness-removing function of the spleen. Dampness and blood stasis accumulate in the body, which hinders the yang of the heart, and cardiovascular diseases will recur and it is difficult to persist.

? Three health-care acupoints: relieving heart discomfort and maintaining blood vessels.
The acupoints to be pressed include Zhongshan, Shaofu and Shenmen. You can press it for five seconds at a time, twenty times at a time, several times a day. Located in the fourth intercostal space of the midline of the chest, about between two * * *. Gopher refers to the chest, which is a sea of ancestral spirit and belongs to Ren Mai. It is the intersection of the spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin, kidney meridian of Foot Shaoyin, lung meridian of Hand Taiyin and heart meridian of Hand Shaoyin. It has the effects of invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals and opening chest, and can relieve the pressure brought by nervous system and strengthen immune system.
Shaofu point
It is located between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones of the palm, where the little finger tip goes when making a fist. Frequent abdominal acupoints can promote systemic blood circulation and help prevent cardiovascular diseases. "Shao" means "Yin" and "Fu" means "Fu", that is, all the qi and blood of the heart meridian converge at this point. Pressing Shaofu point frequently can dispel heart fire and help maintain cardiovascular system.
Shenmen point
Located at the wrist, when the palm is facing yourself, the little finger extends to the horizontal line of the wrist joint, and there is a depression between the bones.
