Why is Basha fish unhealthy?
Raising environmental problems: Basha fish are generally raised in ponds or heavily polluted waters, which contain a lot of heavy metals, harmful substances and bacteria, which will have adverse effects on fish. Nutritional value: Compared with other fish, Basha fish has lower nutritional value and higher fat content. Bacterial problem: Basha fish may still contain a certain amount of bacteria, such as Vibrio parahaemolyticus. If the Basha fish is not completely cooked in the production process, the bacteria may not be completely killed.
Food safety: Using inferior feeding methods and adding chemicals and antibiotics may bring potential risks to human health. Therefore, in order to protect health, it is not recommended to eat Basha fish often. If you want to eat freshwater fish, you can choose other more nutritious and safer fish, such as carp and grass carp.
Method for cultivating Basha fish
1, pond disinfection
A pond with good water quality, convenient drainage and fine sand at the bottom was selected for breeding. Before breeding, inlet and outlet pipes should be set at both ends of the pond, and the pond should be covered with quicklime. After disinfection, the water should be poured to a proper position and water quality regulator should be added.
2. Types of fish.
Choose Basha fish with strong physique, neat specifications and no disease. Generally, Basha fish is required to be more than 3 cm long, with 5000 pieces per mu. Soak the seedlings in 3% salt solution for 3 ~ 5 minutes or in 10 ~ 20 mg/L potassium permanganate solution 10 ~ 15 minutes.
3. Feeding management
When feeding Basha fish, it is necessary to feed the complete compound feed, add crude protein to the feed, and feed it 2-3 times a day. During the feeding process, the sampling inspection of 1 times was conducted every15 days, and the feeding amount, feeding time and feeding mode were adjusted according to the weather, feeding and growth of the Basha fish.
4. Water quality control
The water quality of ponds should be tested regularly, and maintaining healthy water quality is the key to high yield. In case of extreme weather such as typhoon and thunderstorm, the pool water should be deepened reasonably to keep the water temperature stable. During the feeding process, the water is changed every 15 ~ 20 days/time, and the water exchange rate is 1 5% ~ 30% of the whole pool, and the water exchange temperature difference is less than 3℃.
5. Disease control
During the feeding period, it should be checked regularly to prevent and treat diseases in time. During the culture period, 800 ~ 1 0g of chlorine-containing lime was disinfected every 65438 ~ 15 days according to the water depth per mu, and after disinfection for 3 days, the whole pond was sprayed with compound probiotics. Mix 3 ~ 4 grams of highly stable vitamin C and vitamin E per kilogram of feed in high temperature season.
