Will the plane delay insurance be paid for the weather?

Legal analysis: There is no legal provision for this, but the legal relationship between passengers and airlines is the air passenger transport contract. Flight delay is regarded as airline breach of contract. Delays caused by weather can be used as an exemption for airlines. In the case of abnormal transportation, the carrier has the following obligations:
