In the hot summer, in order to feel cool and comfortable, many people will choose to turn on the air conditioner or fan to relieve the heat. While turning on the air conditioner, many people like to take the door of the air-conditioned room conveniently, because this can have a better adjustment effect and make them feel cooler. In my opinion, air-conditioned rooms really need to be closed, but they should not be closed all the time. There are two main reasons.

1, air conditioning can better cool in a relatively independent environment.

The function of air conditioner is to reduce the indoor temperature by refrigeration when the indoor temperature is high, thus neutralizing the heat and making people feel more comfortable. If you open the door or window of the room at the same time, the hot air outside the house will dissipate like a place with low temperature (indoors), and the indoor temperature will naturally rise, so the air conditioner has little effect, just wasting electricity. So you still have to turn on the air conditioner.

2. Being in an air-conditioned environment for a long time has an impact on your health.

Since the air-conditioned room needs a relatively independent environment, why open the doors and windows from time to time? As we all know, being in an air-conditioned environment for a long time will make you feel uncomfortable, and you may catch a cold, have a fever or have a headache. This is because the body is in a low temperature environment for too long, which leads to the imbalance of temperature inside and outside the body, and the body will naturally react. In this case, we should always open the doors and windows to keep the temperature inside and outside the body in a relatively stable state, which is also to better protect our health.
