According to the construction plan, the construction period of Nanchong-Quxian section of Nandaliang Expressway is 3 years, and the construction period of Quxian-Shiqiao section is 5 years. It is reported that the total length of Nandaliang Expressway is 142 km and the total investment is 108 billion yuan. It is an expressway project implemented by Nanchong city and Dazhou city government in BOT mode.

According to the plan, Nandaliang Expressway has two hub interchanges, which are respectively connected with Tanjiagou Hub of Nanguang Expressway and Honghuawan of Dayu Expressway. In addition, there are 1 1 local interchanges on the entire Nandaliang Expressway, namely Zouma, Li Xi, Peng 'an, Yingshan, Yangbian, Quxian, Longtan, Yangjia, Yuehua and Shiqiao.

It is understood that there are 87 bridges across the Nandaliang Expressway, with a length of 20,249 meters, of which 1 bridge, with a total length of 1.056 meters; There are 10 tunnels with a total length of16986m, of which Huaying Mountain Tunnel is 8156m and Tongluoshan Tunnel is 50 10/0m. The bridge-tunnel ratio of Nandaliang Expressway reaches 26.2%, so it is difficult to construct in the expressway under construction and completed. Nandaliang Expressway is the exit channel of Chengdu-Wanyuan-Shaanxi in the Chengdu lead-in line of Sichuan Expressway Network Planning 16, and it is also an important part of the two lead-in lines of Chengdu-Shanghai exit channel. It passes through 9 towns and villages in the county, such as Lujing, Luoshi and Xiaoqiao, and is the east-west passage of the county. The project was undertaken by Sichuan Luqiao Group. It is estimated that the subgrade project will be completed by the end of 20 12, and the whole line will be completed and opened to traffic in 20 13. It is connected to Sujia Bridge in Lujing Town in the west and Heping Bridge in Luoshi Town in the east. The total length of Nandaliang Expressway is142.23km, including more than 70km in Dazhou. Land requisition and demolition in Dazhou section involves 44 administrative villages in Dazhu, Quxian 13 townships (towns), with a construction land of 6090 mu. At present, the preliminary work is progressing in an orderly manner, the construction team has begun to enter the site, and the land acquisition and demolition work is about to start in full swing.

The work of land requisition and demolition is tight, heavy and demanding. Illegal acts such as destroying the construction environment, making things difficult for the construction unit, and obstructing road construction should be found together and dealt with severely.
