Which towns and villages does Changsha UHV pass through?

The UHV project is more than 23 kilometers long in Changsha County, passing through Ansha, Orchard, Lukou and Gao Qiao.

On the morning of May 3rd1Sunday 10, the ceremony of "Pilot Tower Erection Project" for AC 1000 kV Nanchang-Changsha UHV transmission line project was held grandly in Zhang Fang Town, Liuyang City, marking that the construction process of Liuyang section of the project has officially changed from the civil construction stage to the tower erection stage.

The Liuyang section of the UHV line passes through eight towns and villages in Liuyang, with a length of 92 kilometers, and 390 new iron towers (384 for UHV, 5 for relocation and reconstruction of 800 kV Binjin line, 1 10 kV unit, and reconstruction of Chongqing line 1 foundation) are built, accounting for nearly 90% of the project quantity in Hunan section. This is the first UHV communication project in the Tenth Five-Year Plan, which is of great significance for promoting the development of Hunan.

At the launching ceremony, the owner once again emphasized the significance of the project. The responsible persons of the construction, supervision, owner, Zhang Fang Town and Liuyang units made speeches successively, all of which indicated that they would fully perform their duties and go all out to promote the project construction.

Ensure that the project is put into production safely and smoothly on schedule. State Grid Liuyang Power Supply Company will continue to be a good liaison and waiter and fully support the construction of Liuzhou UHV project.

Under DC voltage, charged particles in the air will be adsorbed to the insulator surface under the action of constant electric field force, which is the "electrostatic dust collection effect" of DC.

Because of its function, under the same environmental conditions, the surface pollution of DC insulators can be more than twice as large as that under AC voltage. With the increase of pollution, the insulation level decreases. Under certain weather conditions, insulators are prone to pollution flashover. Therefore, due to this technical feature, the external insulation characteristics of DC transmission lines are more complicated than those of AC transmission lines.
