How to cancel a new weather order

You can cancel a new weather order in the following ways:

1. Enter the new meteorological official website, log in the account, find the order to be cancelled in "My Orders", and then click the order number "Cancel";

2. In the new weather App, log in to your account, enter "My"-"Order", find the order that needs to be cancelled, and then click "Cancel";

3. Call the new meteorological customer service hotline and the customer service will cancel the order for you;

4. Send an email to the customer service mailbox, and the customer service will help you cancel the order;

5. Cancel the payment in the bank payment gateway;

6. If the order has been shipped, you can choose to apply for a return, which will be handled by Xintu Weather Customer Service.
