In response to emergency headquarters's "Notice on Extending the Red Warning of Heavy Pollution Weather in Taiyuan" (Environmental Reform Office [2020]14), it was decided to extend the red warning notice of heavy pollution weather and continue to implement the red (first-level) response of the emergency plan for heavy pollution weather (1: 00- 1: 00). In order to cope with heavy air pollution and protect public health, the municipal government decided to extend temporary traffic management measures for motor vehicles (including vehicles with temporary license plates) driving on roads within the administrative area of this Municipality. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, time limit:

Second, the restrictions:

All motor vehicles (including non-local vehicles) driving on roads in restricted areas are subject to tail number restriction management (the last digit shall prevail if the tail number is English letters). Details are as follows:
