From the three desert oases in Tunisia, we can see the Sahara which was fertile jungle five thousand years ago.

On March 22nd, 20 19, I sent the second travel note about going to Tunisia for the Spring Festival in 20 18. Two years later, in May 2020, I will send a third letter. Some people will say that you have remembered it for so long. I know time will pass, but sometimes a blessing in disguise is a blessing in disguise. Occasionally looking back at the bad content written in the past, I often feel that I am ruining my memories and experiences. Time makes me fat, and time can enrich the content. Maybe I should be thankful that the unwritten part of this small North African country is the real survivor.

Wang Shuo has a famous novel called Half Seawater, Half Flame. When he doesn't understand the content, he always feels that he is talking about Tunisia. I didn't have time to look, so I went to the Himalayas to search. After listening to the anchor's interpretation of Echo of Beiping, I lost my trust in society and my yearning for life. I haven't heard Wang Shuo's novels since then ... I'd rather be his "intellectual". However, the anchor still likes it very much, especially that this big brother can master the strength of the little girl in Beijing and the tone of various roles very well, which is very realistic.

From the seaside capital in the north, all the way to the inland hinterland, slowly approaching the southern edge of the Sahara desert, the desert town of Tozer, which is obviously different from other cities in Tunisia, is sparsely populated and slightly depressed. The urban area is more than 40 kilometers away from Algeria in the west.

On the morning of February, 2065438 18, we divided several jeeps and headed for the vast desert. The destination is three magical desert oases.

In 627 AD, Tang Priest went out of Yumenguan in the west and entered the vast desert. When he was dying, it was because the horse discovered the desert oasis that he was saved. It is always amazing that there are oases in the desert. The car drove for dozens of kilometers, and the weather was gloomy. The surrounding scenery changed from flat sand to sky, and some low hills gradually appeared. After a while, it sailed into a tropical jungle full of date palms, which was lush. This is the largest of the three oases, which is also translated as Shebica.

Chybik Oasis is now uninhabited. It is a scenic spot for tourists to enjoy the wonders of the desert without admission. Only one or two sporadic armed guards protected the tourists and followed them into the depths of the oasis. They are very friendly and often take photos with tourists from all corners of the world.

Shebik was originally a small Roman village in Tozel, which means Sun Castle in Arabic, and later became the residence of Berbers. People are far away from the city, live here and live a life without competition. A clear spring gurgled out from the depths of the valley and became the source of life for the local people. Until 1969, a month-long flood destroyed villages made of mud and people fled their homes. The buildings we see today are all rebuilt and destroyed. There are traces of running water erosion on the mountain, and the faults and folds learned in high school geography textbooks are exposed in broad daylight.

This oasis is far from what we have seen, much like the description in Tao Yuanming's Peach Blossom Garden: the mountain has a small mouth and seems to have light. Only by being narrow at first can we understand people. Take a few steps and you will be suddenly enlightened. There is a narrow gap between the two earth-rock mountains, so narrow that fat people can't really pass, so fat people don't come to this scenic spot, and they can only look out when they come. It's difficult to take the bag in, you'll scratch it.

Just as we passed by in line, a group of enthusiastic men and women suddenly entertained themselves. They sing and dance. The heroines in red hats, red clothes and pink shoes are the most active, and they also dance with the men in our group. We don't know which country she comes from or whether she is a local. From her rough voice and fiery personality, we guess that she is an expert in her own village.

It began to rain lightly, nourishing the dry desert and hungry desert plants. After passing through the narrow entrance, a pool of water appeared between the hills, and even the small waterfall on the cliff poured into it, forming a stream that meandered into the depths of the valley and disappeared into the forest. Hibika Oasis, backed by Atlas Mountains, is called the coolest oasis in the world, and people can swim in the passionate desert streams and waterfalls.

Some places in the oasis need to take the rugged, muddy and slippery dirt road on the hillside. Going up and down is still quite dangerous. If you stumble carelessly, the camera will be destroyed. I almost. So you must wear sports shoes to protect yourself and your belongings when you come here.

Evidence has emerged that Schabik Oasis or Proterozoic Sahara is not a desert. We found dense shell deposits on the rock wall. Obviously, Schabik, only 27 meters above sea level, was once the seabed for a long time, and the whole Sahara was once a vibrant tropical paradise. From an early age, I was inexplicably interested in things outside the mainstream consciousness. This enthusiasm has never stopped and faded. On the contrary, with the growth of my age, I have been to more and more places, and even those recorded in unsolved mysteries have become more and more intense.

In North Africa near 30 degrees north latitude, thousands of years of vicissitudes and unknown things have been staged. In fact, the Sahara desert was not formed 2.5 million years ago as described in the encyclopedia. Five thousand years ago, it was lush and lush. Thousands of kilometers of vast fertile land cross the African continent, extending from Egypt to the Atlantic coast of Western Sahara, and there is also the eye of the Sahara, the largest freshwater lake in the world. Many countries in North Africa, such as Chad and Sudan, have discovered huge ancient city ruins buried under the desert, and Mauritania has a dense underground river network. Herodotus, the ancient Greek historian and father of history, marked the vertical and horizontal rivers in this area on the map of Africa drawn in 450 BC. The West Atlantic carries hundreds of miles of water inland, and a Nile flows northwest and southeast.

Maybe it's because of the climate disaster of New Fairy Tree (Little delia) 1 1000 years ago, maybe it's because of the change of the inclination of the earth's orbit, or maybe it's because Sahara periodically changes its oasis desert every 20,000 years, the last time happened around 5,000-8,000 years ... The cradle of ancient human civilization seems to suddenly and mysteriously disappear and become the largest desert in the world now.

People attached to the seaside and along the Nile survived, leaving only sporadic oases for future generations to remember and praise nature.

The second oasis, named Tamer Za, is very small compared with Shebik, and it ends with only one downhill bend. However, vendors' booths occupy a larger area, and the business scene is far more prosperous than that of Shebik. I bought the smallest Aladdin magic lamp here, which is smaller than Morocco's. Speaking of Aladdin, I always ask my friends, do you know how many brothers Aladdin has? Then I will tell you three, Aladdin, Aladdin, Aladdin.

Besides, colored sand bottles are the most common souvenirs. Large and small glass bottles contain layers of purple, yellow, red and pink sand, forming different shapes. The main images of the pictures are camels, sunsets and dates, which are amazing.

In the mountain stream, we met a group of children who came here to play. It feels like a group activity outside school. They enthusiastically took photos with us. Although they are strangers, they can also associate like brothers.

If Shebik Oasis is over mountains and Dameiza is a shopping destination, then the third Mead Oasis is canyon style. On the high cliff, we didn't see any lush vegetation and flowing water in the first two, only a grand canyon stretching for 3 kilometers, and different colors of soil layers and strips formed by crustal movement and chronological deposition. The canyon was once a part of the natural defense system of primitive villages. Once a small village halfway up the mountain, people had to abandon their homes and move to the foot of the mountain not far from the original site because the houses were destroyed by geological disasters.

You can find the contents of these oases online, but not much. They are similar in that it seems that The English Patient, which won nine Oscars, is being filmed everywhere and translated into Don't Ask Who I am. Our guide said that Meade, the last canyon oasis, is the real shooting place. Speaking of which, I really want to see this old movie with "Spider-Man" green goblin, British gentleman and handsome Colin Firth and Julia Binoche.

If it is a self-help tour, you can book a trip to the oasis at the hotel, which only takes half a day.

But the public transportation in Tunisia is very difficult, so we usually join a group.
