When the temperature reaches 38℃ and above, in addition to the important industries related to the national economy and people's livelihood, urban operation safety and people's basic life, measures such as suspending work and ensuring rest can be taken according to the actual situation.

The "Notice" also clarifies that enterprises shall not affect the distribution of high-temperature post allowances for workers in high-temperature posts while distributing high-temperature season allowances, and continue to provide cool drinks in the workplace in high-temperature seasons.
