What is Aoshan?

Aoshan Mountain is an important part of the Great Qinling Mountains and the highest peak of Qingfeng Gorge Forest Park, with magnificent alpine meadows and Quaternary glacial remains. Because of the long time, no supply and changeable weather, it has a long reputation in the outdoor circle, and its difficulty and intensity are second to none in China.

Aoshan Mountain is 3476 meters above sea level, which is the second highest peak in Shaanxi Province and one of the top ten non-famous peaks in China. Aoshan is located in the west of Taibai Mountain, so it is called West Taibai.

The "navigation frame" at the top of Aoshan Mountain and the "La Sendai" at the main peak of Taibai Mountain form a towering continuous beam. The girder is shaped like a dragon ridge, which is called China Dragon Ridge, also known as "Aotai Beam".

In 20 18, in order to protect the China Dragon Ridge, the state completely banned the crossing of the Olympic Games. After the closure of Aotai, Aoshan became an ideal place for many outdoor sports lovers. Aoshan Mountain is the most primitive area in the Qinling Mountains, with rich species of animals and plants. Stone sea remains are all over the hillside, and the mountains are shrouded in clouds, which is an excellent place for hiking.

Every time I go to Aoshan, I will be amazed by its sunrise, sea of clouds and moon surface. There are different scenery and different personalities all year round.

Rhododendron blooms in May, and Rhododendron in Aoshan is tricolor. In June, the green grass just sprouted, accompanied by all kinds of flowers, green alpine meadows and misty peaks, attracting countless outdoor donkey friends.
