Which provinces have been affected by the recent heavy rainfall?

The 8-hour rainfall in Zuogang, Tongcheng County, Hubei Province reached 309 mm, all exceeding once in 200 years. At about 20 pm on June 9, the first thunderstorm came in Wuhan this summer. It rained 300 million tons an hour in Wuhan, equivalent to 2.5 East Lakes.
