In what season should Chinese chives be planted?

Spring should be sown from late March to early May, and autumn sowing is also suitable because leeks are perennial vegetables. Therefore, in Shandong and other areas, leeks can be planted in autumn after September.

Note: 1. Seeds should be treated before sowing. Soak seeds in warm water at 30-40℃ for 8- 12 hours to remove impurities and shriveled seeds, and then wash away the mucus on the seeds to accelerate germination (mainly sowing in summer and autumn).

2. Accelerating germination: First, wrap the treated seeds with wet cloth and put them in an environment of 15-20℃ to accelerate germination. Wash 1-2 times a day with clear water, and 50% of the seeds can be sown with white tips.

(3) Physical control: trapping and killing adults with sugar, wine and vinegar. Sugar, wine, vinegar, water and 90% trichlorfon crystal are made into solution according to the ratio of 3: 3:1:10.5, and 1-3 boxes are added at any time every 667 square meters to trap and kill various insects.
