Is the climate the same in Henan and Hubei?

The climate in Henan and Hubei is different.

Hubei belongs to subtropical monsoon climate, with severe weather changes, large annual change rate of precipitation, uneven spatial and temporal distribution and serious natural disasters.

Henan has a warm temperate-subtropical, humid-semi-humid monsoon climate. Generally speaking, there is less rain and snow in winter, more wind and sand in spring, plenty of hot water in summer and sunny autumn.
