1. Before blanking and welding, the profile shall be stored at a temperature above 5℃ for 24 hours.

2. The temperature and time of the welding process should be appropriately increased on the basis of the original welding process.

3. The length of beads should be appropriate, but not too long. Don't pursue "fit seam" excessively. If the weld bead is too long, it is easy to cause the corner of the weld to crack or the weld bead to leave the groove.

4. Use soft high-quality sealing tape at low temperature. Inferior adhesive tape will harden at low temperature and lose its elasticity completely, which has a great influence on glass assembly.

5. The length of aluminum slide rail is forbidden to exceed the standard. The length of the aluminum slide rail should be about 2mm shorter than the size of the inner opening, with margins on both sides.

6. The installation of doors and windows on the wall, especially the assembly of glass battens, should be carried out at an environment above 5℃. When assembling glass beads, if the ambient temperature is low, it is suggested to make an incubator and wrap the glass beads with an electric blanket for a while before assembling.

7. When assembling glass beads, if there is any jam, check the size and specifications, check the cleaning of welding slag and the quality of adhesive tape. Don't knock it in place, it will damage the welding angle or glass.
