During the emergency warning period of heavy polluted weather, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited within the administrative area of this Municipality. If it is necessary to hold a fireworks party or other large-scale fireworks display activities in the forbidden area specified in the first paragraph of this article due to the holding of major celebrations, it shall be reported to the Municipal People's Government for approval, and shall be decided and announced by the Municipal People's Government.
