BYD Tang DM took the test, and you are still finished!

As for BYD Tang DM, in Gang Ge's mind, it is a peerless beauty of independent medium-sized SUV, but for ordinary consumers, Yan value is only a good start. In addition to green brand policy concessions, pure battery life and fuel consumption performance are what they value most.

Today, Brother Gang is going to do something exciting. We will test the pure endurance+fuel consumption of BYD Tang DM by finding fault, and measure it with mixed road conditions such as urban roads, urban high-speed and high-speed, and show you the true side of BYD Tang DM through a comprehensive car environment.

First, let's introduce our difficult model, BYD Tang DM 2.0T four-wheel drive high-performance version of Genesis flagship, and the subsidized price is 286,800 yuan. In this test, we all use manual driving to simulate the actual driving scenes of most consumers.

Before the test, a series of optimization settings were made for the vehicle, with the outdoor temperature of 28℃, the air conditioning temperature of 25℃ and the air volume of 2, and the internal circulation was started.

The vehicle running mode is set to ECO energy-saving mode, and the energy recovery intensity is set to more comfortable standard mode. The battery SOC value is adjusted to the lowest value 15%, mainly to test the maximum mileage that urban users can travel with pure electricity in their daily commuting.

First, fully charge the vehicle, with a battery capacity of 22.3kWh. When the vehicle is fully charged with oil, the battery life is 9 1km in the pure state, and the fuel life is 539km, about 630km. Empty the short mileage and start running.

For urban users who just need a green card, if you have a fixed slow filling pile, pure electric mode can meet daily commuting. In addition to saving the license fee, buying a car benefits from the low electricity bill. In daily commuting road conditions, compared with fuel vehicles, it is simply the existence of "double eleven every day". According to the user's usage characteristics, after fully charging, we decided to set the energy mode to EV mode, and at the same time minimize the battery SOC value, trying to simulate the low-cost commuting road conditions of urban users, and at the same time, we can test whether the pure battery life of Tang DM is really as strong as that of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology 100km.

Urban road conditions, after driving at an average speed of 23km/h for 4.3 hours, finally when the driving mileage is 100km, the power is as low as 15% set by SOC, and the engine is forced to start. At present, the cost is about 14.63 yuan, and the cost per kilometer in pure electric mode is about 1 cent.

However, it should be noted that after driving 100km, the battery still has 15% charge. To sum up, BYD Tang DM's pure endurance performance is excellent.

Although Tang DM ran the measured mileage of 100km with 85% electricity under the congested urban road conditions, the results were good, but how could our editorial department let it go easily? A more painful test is yet to come.

Next is the most difficult working condition of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. Because plug-in hybrid vehicles have more loads such as power batteries and motors than ordinary fuel vehicles, their bodies are heavier. Because the power of battery pack is relatively low, it is self-evident that the engine load is large in HEV hybrid mode in the next step.

165438+1The weather in Guangzhou is still quite hot in October. Under the scorching sun, the temperature outside the car reached 3 1℃, so we decided to simulate real users and set the air conditioning temperature to 22℃, which made the test of Tang DM even more arduous. Subsequent tests entered the general expressway. Although the speed limit is 80km/h, the speed is about 50km/h due to road construction. When driving to 200 km, it takes 6. 1 hour, the average speed of the total mileage is 32.78km/h, the fuel consumption is 7.3L, and the cost is about 63.08 yuan.

Entering expressway, the speed limit is 100km/h, the driving speed is about 85km/h, the driving time is 8.5 hours, the average speed is 35.29km/h, the fuel consumption is 15.2L, and the cost is 1 15.95 yuan.

I believe that the endurance test is only halfway through, and everyone has already understood the pure endurance and fuel consumption of BYD Tang DM.

Stop-and-go for nearly 1.5 hours under the general road conditions in the evening rush hour of the city, with a cumulative mileage of 400km, lasting for 12 hours, fuel consumption of 23.2L and cost of 169.73 yuan.

Then he entered expressway again. The current speed limit is 80km/h- 1 10km/h, and the vehicle speed is controlled at about 90 km/h-100 km/h.. When the mileage reaches about 600km, the system prompts that the cruising range is low, please come on. Then leave the nearest expressway exit and end the expressway road test.

Followed by the long urban roads, the mileage of * * * is 650km, and the remaining fuel life under the normal use of air conditioners is 7 1km.

Finally, under the difficulties of Gang Ge, after driving 672km, the fuel life was finally updated from 5 1km to-km (about 50km), and the pure electric life was displayed as 7km, about 57km.

Under the comprehensive road conditions of alternating roads between expressway and the city, up to now, the fuel mileage is not displayed, and the cumulative driving time exceeds 17.5 hours, and the power consumption is 16.5kWh, the fuel consumption is 43.8L, and the actual driving distance is 672km, with a cost of 308.03 yuan. Combined with the remaining mileage, the comprehensive mileage of Tang DM is estimated to be around 729km. It is worth mentioning that the performance of power loss and fuel consumption is also surprising. The comprehensive fuel consumption of the whole journey is 6.5L per 100 km, and even counting the mileage of 100km, it has achieved excellent results of 7.65L per 100 km.

Durability test summary:

BYD Tang DM test vehicle has a power battery capacity of 22.3kWh and a fuel tank capacity of 53L. Until the fuel mileage is not displayed, the measured mileage is 672km, * * * power consumption 16.5kWh, and gasoline is 43.8L.

Among them, the pure battery life measured the unexpected result of 100km with the remaining 15% power. In terms of fuel consumption performance, the comprehensive fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is 6.5L, and the fuel intake state is 7.65L per 100 kilometers, which is really rare.

For the size and weight of BYD Tang DM, such energy consumption performance is in the top position, if not the best, in the general plug-in hybrid vehicle.

On the other hand, most of the mileage of this endurance test is driven in low-power HEV mode, which is more difficult for plug-in hybrid vehicles. As we all know, all plug-in hybrid vehicles, including BYD Tang DM, are equipped with fuel power system, battery pack and motor, and their bodies are relatively heavy. Driving in EV mode and then switching to HEV energy mode is not suitable for this single long-distance travel arrangement.

To sum up, in this test, BYD Tang DM can still get the pure electric cruising range of 100km with the remaining 15% power, which exceeds the pure electric cruising range of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology 100km. However, under unfavorable conditions such as using HEV hybrid mode at low power, the average fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is 7.65L L. I believe that if the HEV mode is used in the whole process, the final test result will be further improved. (transferred from 12 cylinder automobile network)
