On-site "5S" rectification has also been significantly improved, especially in the first workshop. At present, the parts on the assembly line and the parts falling on the ground have been basically controlled; I remember when I first came to the workshop, there were raw materials and semi-finished products everywhere. Although it has not been completely eliminated, the field managers and employees have realized the existence of this problem and actively improved it.

In order to improve the temperature of the painting workshop, the company bought a new air heater, which improved the temperature of the painting workshop to some extent, but the effect was very limited. Many projects can't be constructed in the painting workshop, and some of them can only be constructed in outdoor cold weather at most. For winter projects, we should try to avoid dragging a lot of construction into winter, because our hardware facilities still can't meet the requirements, and the construction risk is great.

Some problems in coating repair;

The proportion of paint cannot be guaranteed; Because the amount of paint used for each repair is small, most of them are prepared by the construction workers themselves according to their feelings, and the correct proportion of paint is difficult to achieve, which leads to some repaired parts not curing for a long time on site, and the proportion deviation directly affects the anticorrosion performance of paint.

Improper handling of the repair area makes it difficult to monitor; Because of the project itself, there are many supports and widgets that need to be added temporarily in the later stage. These additional structural parts add many solder joints and welds, and the burnt coating needs to be repaired. The best treatment method of weld is sandblasting, which can remove foreign bodies such as oxide scale and welding slag from the ripples on the weld surface. Grinding can be used for plane, but it is not effective for these wavy surfaces of weld, but in fact, the possibility of sandblasting in the later stage of the project is very small. Most of the parts we use are polished, and most of these added parts have not been sandblasted in the sandblasting room, and some are scraps saved from other projects. After the installation of these structural members, most of them are polished and roller coated, and most of the coating repair work is controlled by the construction team itself. The quality consciousness of the construction team is related to the construction quality of the repair surface. Low-requirement surface treatment and small-area coating repair make two kinds of construction risks come together, which need to be repaired and inspected by the construction team.

Painting construction is a concealed construction, and small-area defects are easily covered up, while the construction workers have poor quality awareness, and many defects are unconsciously covered up. Quality control can't always stare at the construction personnel and increase the scope of inspection, but it is difficult to involve every point. It is necessary to train the constructors in basic painting techniques, so that they can realize what results will be brought by random construction.

If quality control and schedule control are a parabola, it is ideal to push quality control to the top of the parabola. With reasonable construction arrangement and accurate construction organization design, there will be no great conflict between construction quality control and construction progress control, but many projects have not seen the project quality control plan and project construction organization design.

Always check the parts that are easy to be missed by constructors, such as the parts that are difficult to construct and the inspection of welds, the back of small components and the back of narrow areas after large-scale construction, so as to improve the attention of constructors to small corners and parts that are easy to be missed and prevent problems from occurring in these parts that are easy to be ignored in the later stage of the project.

It is difficult to ensure the coating in the bolt hole for some parts connected by bolts on electrical appliances and instruments, and the damage during installation is inevitable. It is suggested that these parts should be sealed with sealant later or double-sided gasket should be added during installation to improve sealing performance.
