The route I suggest for you is as follows:

First, visit Xinjiang. At this time, there are still some beautiful scenery in southern Xinjiang. In the future, the scenery of some scenic spots in southern Xinjiang will be out of season, such as Populus euphratica. After a while, all the leaves will fall, so it won't look so good. You are not advised to drive because it snows in winter in Tibet, Xinjiang. I suggest you go to Xinjiang first, not Tibet, because some places in Xinjiang can still be played at this time, but Lhasa may be the only place in Tibet at present, and other places like Namco can't go because the mountains are closed by heavy snow. You can only see the scenery along the way on the train.
