How should employers in Shaanxi Province arrange workers' working hours in hot weather?

If the daily forecast temperature issued by the meteorological offices and stations affiliated to the competent meteorological departments at or above the prefecture level reaches 40℃ or above, the employer shall stop arranging workers to carry out outdoor open-air operations; When the daily maximum temperature reaches above 37℃ and below 40℃, the accumulated outdoor working hours of workers shall not exceed 6 hours, and the continuous outdoor working hours shall be shortened as much as possible. During the period with the highest temperature in a day, workers shall not be arranged to work outdoors within 3 hours; When the highest temperature reaches above 35℃ and below 37℃ on that day, it is necessary to take turns in shifts to shorten the continuous working hours of outdoor workers, and workers shall not be arranged to work overtime.

For workers who are not adapted to high temperature weather, timely negotiate and adjust their work tasks, and pregnant female workers and underage workers shall not be arranged to work outdoors in high temperature weather above 35℃ or in workplaces above 33℃.
