1, Qinghai Lake

Qinghai Lake is located in the northeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, about145km away from Xining. In Tibetan, "Cuowumbu" means "blue sea" and has always accompanied Xining. The largest inland lake in China. It is formed by the fault subsidence among Datong Mountain, Sun Moon Mountain and Nanshan Mountain in Qilian Mountain and Qinghai Province.
