The typhoon is fierce, causing huge property losses to Quanzhou. Typhoon Du Surui has brought great challenges to the water supply and power supply system in the whole state. Quanzhou Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters reported that as of June 28th 13: 30, the typhoon had caused more than 500,000 local residents to lose power.

China Telecom Fujian Company launched the emergency plan for flood control, and quickly organized and mobilized relevant personnel, materials and emergency equipment. Quanzhou Telecom also responded quickly, dispatching 79 1 communication maintenance personnel, 149 emergency vehicles, 10 emergency oil engine, 195 portable oil engine, 123 electric welding machine and 145+07 emergency optical cable.
