1, low back pain caused by cervical spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis occurs in cervical vertebra, how can it cause backache? As we all know, the posterior branches of the spinal nerves of the fourth, fifth and sixth cervical vertebrae extend to the back and dominate the skin and muscles of the upper back.

When the cervical vertebra degenerates, if the posterior branch of the spinal nerve of the fourth, fifth and sixth cervical vertebra is pulled, it will lead to low back pain. In fact, neck and back pain, weakness of upper limbs, numbness of fingers, dizziness, nausea and even blurred vision and dysphagia are all symptoms of cervical spondylosis.

Therefore, the back pain caused by cervical spondylosis is very fatal. Patients must go to the hospital for treatment in time, otherwise it will bring more harm to the body.

2. Back pain caused by neck sprain and stiff neck

Due to improper neck movement or poor sleeping posture, local muscle sprain is caused, and the pain involves the back muscles. The medical history is short, and the tenderness point is fixed in the muscle injury site, which is mostly found on the upper and inner side of the scapula, accompanied by muscle spasm, which can touch the cord-like spasmodic muscle bundle with obvious tenderness, and the neck and back activities are obviously limited.

3. Back pain caused by rheumatism

Rheumatism is mostly autoimmune disease, with slow onset and long course of disease. It invades joints, bones, muscles, blood vessels and related soft tissues, and can cause back pain to some extent. The weather is cool, cold and humid, and the back pain is aggravated.

4. Back pain caused by scapulohumeral periarthritis

Periarthritis of shoulder can cause shoulder pain. With the development of the disease, the range of pain will continue to increase, and some patients will have back pain.

5. Back pain caused by ankylosing spondylitis

Ankylosing spondylitis can also easily cause chronic systemic or persistent low back pain, tenderness of spinous process, stiff back after getting up in the morning, aggravated back pain when leaning back, improved after exercise, and fatigue after standing or walking for a long time.

Most patients have limited lower back and waist movements. Physical examination found tenderness of lumbar spinous process, paraspinal muscle spasm, muscle atrophy and even humpback deformity in the later stage.
