Is transient cerebral ischemia related to weather change and nutritional failure?

The occurrence of this disease is mostly related to the occlusion or stenosis of carotid artery and vertebrobasilar artery system, the formation of vascular plaque and cerebral vasospasm. It often happens in the case of body position change, excessive activity, sudden rotation or flexion and extension of the neck.

It has little to do with weather change and nutrition.
