Moreover, the position of the cigarette lighter is relatively fixed, so it is not necessary to distract driving attention because of looking for fire. Don't worry about smoking without a fire, which is not only inconvenient, but also likely to explode in hot weather or when the car is directly exposed to the sun.

In fact, the laws of many countries expressly prohibit drivers from smoking while driving. In China's "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", although there is no provision prohibiting drivers and passengers from smoking in cars, drivers are not advised to smoke while driving. In that case, why not cancel the configuration of the cigarette lighter in the car?

First of all, although the cigarette lighter was originally designed for the convenience of drivers or passengers in the car, today's cigarette lighters are more used as power interfaces. Even a lady who doesn't smoke will charge her mobile phone through the USB conversion socket plugged into the cigarette lighter.

The cigarette lighter can not only charge the mobile phone, but also supply power to electronic devices such as GPS, driving recorder, MP3 converter, power inverter, car pump and car washer. If there is no cigarette lighter, it will be difficult for these devices to find such a convenient power interface.

Secondly, lighters without open flame and fuel can not only reduce the danger brought by traditional lighters to a certain extent, but also reduce traffic accidents caused by smokers who are too absorbed in finding fire and lighting cigarettes.

The cost of this configuration is relatively low, and most cars are equipped with it. Although we are opposed to smoking in the car, this configuration will not be cancelled because it is very practical.
