At present, the number of new energy vehicles in China ranks first in the world. Motor vehicle emission standards and oil quality standards have also achieved a "triple jump" from the fourth to the sixth, and oil quality and motor vehicle pollutant emission intensity have reached the international advanced level.

2. On the way to win the battle against pollution, the green transformation and upgrading of industrial structure has achieved substantial results.

Taking the steel industry as an example, from 20 13 to 202 1, the national crude steel output increased by 27%, while the number of enterprises decreased by 20% and the average scale increased by 56%. At present, China has the most advanced whole-process ultra-low emission technology system in the world, and about 680 million tons of crude steel production capacity has been completed or is undergoing ultra-low emission transformation.
