You didn't do it right from the beginning. Before coating asphalt, you should clean up the original wall, then coat it with asphalt, and when it is dry, roughen the asphalt surface with cement mortar and brush it with cement mortar, so that it will not crack.

The current situation should be not only the separation of cement layer and asphalt, but also the separation of asphalt from the original wall, which may cause asphalt shrinkage and cracking.

First, remove all the cement mortar on the asphalt to expose the asphalt waterproof layer, then cut off the separated part and repaint it. After repair, cement mortar is used, that is, mortar without sand. Rough all asphalt surfaces with a hairy roller, and then apply cement mortar.
