This year's No.4 typhoon "Hagupit" landed in Yueqing, Wenzhou in the early morning of August 4, and Wenzhou Emergency Management Bureau attached great importance to post-disaster recovery while doing a comprehensive typhoon prevention. In order to accurately grasp the typhoon disaster situation and the progress of post-disaster reconstruction in various places, on August 5, according to the weather conditions, Wenzhou Emergency Management Bureau dispatched Zhejiang Emergency Department to standby aviation rescue helicopters in Wenzhou in time, and assigned relevant experts and observers to conduct aerial post-disaster inspections in five areas seriously affected by typhoons in Wenzhou, including Lucheng District, Yueqing Lecheng, Fan Shi, Yongjia Sanjiang and Yantan.
