What do the so-called orange warning, blue warning and red warning mean?

The so-called orange warning, blue warning and red warning are the pre-signals of weather forecast. Generally, the forecast of severe weather such as typhoon, rainstorm, high temperature, cold wave, low temperature and cold, thunderstorm and gale is divided into four levels (IV, III, II and I).
