How to divide thunderstorm, light rain, moderate rain and heavy rain?

In meteorology, the classification of precipitation grades is determined according to precipitation.

Generally, within 24 hours, it is light rain when the precipitation is less than 10 mm,

10-24.9mm is moderate rain,

25-49.9 mm is a rainstorm,

50- 100 mm is a rainstorm,

The rainstorm is greater than 100 mm.

Thundershower is a kind of weather phenomenon, which is characterized by large-scale cloud movement, much stronger than shower, accompanied by discharge, and is common in summer.
