Not hot. Why do I always sweat?

When the weather is hot, people tend to sweat. When sweating, a kind of bacteria can easily invade people's skin. Because this kind of bacteria likes warm and humid, and has the characteristics of sweating, it is often easy to cause a skin disease, which is called "tinea versicolor" in medicine and "sweat spot" in people. Tinea versicolor is characterized by round or irregular spots on the skin, which are the size of soybeans and gradually increase to the size of fingernails. The color is slightly brown, with fine granular scales on the surface, which is not obvious and easy to scrape off at first. After a long time, the rash will increase and spread around, merging with each other to form an irregular shape. Although ecchymosis is a skin disease caused by tinea versicolor infection, it will not occur under normal circumstances. In summer, people will sweat a lot and get greasy skin. If they don't clean regularly, change their underwear frequently, or suffer from chronic diseases or malnutrition, they will get sick. Therefore, the best way to prevent tinea versicolor is to pay attention to the cleanliness of the skin and wash the sweat stains in time after sweating. Surfactants such as soap are often used in summer to remove sweat stains and greasy skin, which is beneficial to prevent sweat spots. Generally speaking, tinea versicolor can subside by itself when the weather is cool in autumn, but it is also easy to leave hypopigmentation spots, and it may recur when the weather is hot next year. Chinese medicine bath has a good effect on preventing tinea versicolor. Commonly used are mugwort bath and mint bath. The method is simple. Take a bath with the above Chinese medicines once a week. Tinea versicolor is also easy to treat. You can gently wipe off the scales with silk melon pulp and then apply medicine. The scope of application is larger, which can exceed the scope of the lesion by 2 times. Generally, it should be applied continuously for 2 ~ 3 weeks. Treatment: The disease can be treated with Le Cai lotion (2% ketoconazole). When taking a shower, according to the size of skin lesions, use 5 to 10 ml Le Cai lotion, add appropriate amount of water, then apply it to the whole body skin until it bubbles, and gently scrub it. After 10 minutes, rinse with clean water, once a day 1 time, and change it to twice a week after 7 days. * Sweat spot liniments I and II (25% sodium thiosulfate and 3% dilute hydrochloric acid solution) were applied to the skin lesions successively to produce new ecological sulfur to achieve the purpose of sterilization. Apply 1 2 times a day for at least 1 2 weeks.
