Spring is the season when bamboo grows. When we pass the bamboo forest with baskets, mow the grass and check the fruit, we will always have inexplicable excitement and expectation when we see those vigorous pointed bamboo shoots. We don't usually fold this kind of bamboo, so it is necessary to carry on the family line. The bamboo shoots we dig are called bamboo shoots roots, which are underground bamboo shoots that grow from bamboo roots.
