What is the humidity of outdoor air when it rains all the year round?

When it rains, the outdoor humidity is not a constant value because the humidity field in the air is constantly changing. In some places, the humidity can reach about 95%, but in some places, the humidity hovers around 80%, which depends on the ratio of partial pressure of water vapor to saturated vapor pressure.

But the humidity in most rainy days is between 80% and 90%.

If the humidity sensor is completely attached to the water, there is no problem of relative humidity, and the measured value is not within the reference range. Because relative humidity is the concept of water molecules accounting for the total proportion, it does not include the measurement of liquid water. Therefore, when water drops fall on the humidity sensor, the measured humidity is meaningless.
