Is there any problem with concrete in 1 degree weather?

No problem. If the temperature is around 1℃ as long as it is not lower than 0℃, the pouring of concrete will not be affected, but the concrete strength will increase slowly, which will increase the construction cycle and formwork removal time. Other aspects will not be affected.

Water will freeze when it is below 0℃. If winter construction measures are not taken when it is below 0℃, pouring concrete at this temperature will definitely not work.

Precautions for the use of concrete

1. When pouring concrete into the mold, it is not allowed to dump the impact formwork or steel frame in a concentrated manner. When the pouring height is greater than 2M, string tubes and slide tubes should be used for unloading. The free falling height from the discharge pipe mouth to the pouring layer shall not be greater than 1.5M.

2. Concrete must be poured within 5 hours (from the time of departure). In order to prevent cold joints in concrete pouring (cold joints: refers to the time interval between the pouring of the upper and lower layers of concrete exceeds the initial setting time) The construction quality joints), the two concrete pouring times should not exceed 1.5 hours, and the joints should be stirred continuously with a vibrator.

3. During the pouring process, the vibration duration should be until floating slurry is produced on the surface of the concrete without bubbles or sinking. Use determinant sequence to move, and the distance of the moving position should not be greater than 40CM. Ensure no vibration leakage and no vibration.
