The tolls of passing vehicles on the road sections not within the above five toll stations and one of the entrances and exits shall be borne by the vehicle drivers themselves.

The second is to do a good job in traffic guidance and smooth flow. Actively coordinate the public security traffic police departments, improve the traffic diversion plan, increase police input, and maintain the traffic order of relevant sections and high-speed toll stations.

Third, do a good job in the optimal connection between expressways and urban roads. Strengthen the effective connection and coordinated development of trunk roads and urban roads, build a modern high-quality multi-level highway traffic network, and strive to contribute to alleviating traffic congestion in the central city.

In order to ensure that there will be no long-term, long-distance and large-scale congestion during the passage from Linyi South Toll Station to Linyi North Toll Station of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, the high-speed traffic police department has formulated a disposal plan according to the traffic law through on-site investigation and comprehensive judgment, and plans to take the following measures.

First, optimize the service mode and strengthen the deployment of police force. In view of the fact that the toll stations of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, such as Linyi South and Linyi North, are connected with urban roads and have the characteristics of urban traffic, the high-speed traffic police department has formed a set of mature and targeted expressway "urbanization" management mode in many years of police work. In this regard, the high-speed traffic police department will continue to deepen and improve the "urbanization" management model of expressways in light of the new situation and new reality of road crossing. High-speed traffic police squadrons along the line will carry out off-peak commuting tasks according to the time period and laws of road crossing, scientifically allocate duty and standby forces, increase police force on key road sections, increase the patrol density and frequency of "road+video", and greatly improve the road alarm rate and service rate. Strictly implement 24-hour on-duty standby, accurately dispatch and command, and ensure that all kinds of road warnings are found and handled at the first time. Set up a special police force to cooperate with the on-site staff of the toll station to do a good job of vehicle diversion in the inner and outer squares of the toll station, especially the order diversion of ETC lanes. When there is a rush hour, tidal lane should be opened as appropriate to ensure smooth traffic.

The second is to optimize the application of science and technology and strengthen intelligent management and control. The high-speed traffic police department added five high-definition video monitoring points on the main entrance and exit ramps and the inner and outer squares, and combined with the positioning cruise of drones, it basically realized the patrol monitoring of the whole road section without dead ends. At the same time, relying on the comprehensive application of police traffic information guidance, electronic police, investigation and control, video monitoring and other systems, a complete integrated command and dispatch system is established to realize the functions of early warning and disposal of abnormal events, information analysis, illegal control and investigation.
