That night we ordered some barbecues, which were very delicious.

Preventive measures for high reaction

It's nearly 4000 meters above sea level, but don't jump, it's easy to get high. You can eat rhodiola one and a half months in advance to prevent it, but you may also have a headache and lack of oxygen. We went straight over without eating rhodiola. My friend's aunt lived in Seda for a long time before, and we bought inosine oral liquid when we arrived. Although it is a medicine for treating acute hepatitis and enteritis, it will also have a little emergency effect on high fever!

Carrying equipment

The plateau has strong ultraviolet rays, strong wind and large temperature difference between day and night. We must bring sunglasses, hats, rain gear, non-slip shoes and thick clothes. Although we were trapped by beautiful snow at that time, we were basically frozen silly. Fortunately, I wore Kellogg's windproof down jacket and hiking shoes, which were particularly warm.

Precautions for taking pictures

The tour time of the Buddhist College is 5 hours, and taking photos is enough. You can take pictures of people and buildings on the top observation deck. In addition, when I entered the Buddhist College, I just saw the red house, which is also very suitable for taking portraits of the environment! Other red walls and prayer wheels are easy to shoot!
