Then, in view of the local rainstorm phenomenon in these nine provinces, how should we do a good job in preventing the rainstorm in advance? Below, I will give you a brief introduction to the preventive measures before the storm:

First, don't go out before the storm comes, always pay attention to the weather forecast on radio and television and keep abreast of the latest news of heavy rain and strong winds, so as to minimize the danger when the storm comes.

Second, ships in areas that may be affected by the storm must return to Hong Kong to take shelter from the wind, and operators should go ashore as soon as possible. At the same time, ships should be prevented from walking, running aground and colliding.

Third, if you are outdoors before the storm comes, you should immediately stop all outdoor activities and go home immediately. At the same time, when walking in outdoor stagnant water, you must pay great attention. You should walk as close to the building as possible to avoid falling into the manhole or some pits and causing harm to your body.

Fourth, if you can't go home after traveling in the mountains before the rainstorm, you must pay attention to prevent mountain torrents and mudslides. If the upstream water suddenly becomes turbid and the water level rises rapidly, it must be quickly moved to a safe area.

Fifth, if there is a shop at home, before the storm comes, it is necessary to check whether there is water leakage in all areas, and at the same time, keep the goods away from the water seepage area or the area with hidden water seepage to avoid the goods from getting wet. It is worth mentioning that the goods should not be directly stacked in the warehouse as far as possible. In order to prevent the influence of stagnant water, the displayed goods should not directly touch the ground.

Sixth, if there is water outside your house, you must clean it up in time to avoid slipping and falling. At the same time, check the condition of the door head to prevent it from falling and hitting people.

Seventh, before the storm comes, we must check the outdoor items that are easily affected by strong winds. If there is a risk of being blown down by strong winds, it must be arranged properly to avoid hitting people and causing injuries.

Eighth, for the government, especially the water conservancy bureau, it is necessary to make flood dispatching well in advance, arrange sluice managers to stick to their posts 24 hours a day, and pay close attention to the fluctuation of river water level. When the water comes from the upstream, the sluice should be closed in time to prevent the flood from flowing backwards. At the same time, the water conservancy bureau should also set up a special working group to go deep into the grassroots to do a good job in flood control and drought relief.
