Restricted areas: Chengdong 4th Street, Qiaodong Street, Fusheng South Street (Qiaoxi Street), North Street, Fu Qian Street, Zhongxing Street, Taihang Road, He Yan Road, Shahe North Road, Shahe South Road, West Leading Line of Expressway (traffic lights to the west gate of the county) and County Hospital to Qiaodong Street.
