How does my world summon a command box with instructions?

My World uses the command to summon the command box as follows:

1, the version is lower than 1. 7. 10:/ Give your name (or @p) 137 quantity;

For example:/give @ p1371; That is, give yourself 1 command box.

2. The version is above 1.7. 10: /give? Your name (or @p) command_block number;

For example:/give @ pcommand _ block2; That is, give yourself two command boxes.

Note: "@p" here means used by the nearest player, that is, by the player who entered the instruction.
