According to the relevant public information inquiry, as of March 6, 2023, the Jingxin Town Government of Hunchun City has not released the information about planning to be an expressway, so there is no plan to change it to an expressway. Hunchun, located in the east of Jilin Province, near the border between North Korea and Russia, is one of the important gateway cities in northeast China.
